1 million or get the lottery, would I have to shell out a portion of the winnings to little one assist, even however I wager my possess funds in buy to get it?
I would take care of my child, but the x would be the 1 receiving the money. And most probably spend the better element of it on herself. I just never know if I am legally sure to pay any portion of the winnings into child help which I do shell out faithfully.

Your child is entitled to a comparable life-style as yours in accordance to child assist regulations. Certainly if your x spouse or who at any time she is to you finds out and takes you to court she will get portion of that income supposedly for the kid.

I would not think so. If u pay child support, it is based on a set price. Say your ex wants u to pay 400 a week, and you do so, then u continue paying the set price. It’s not like taxes, where the more money you have, the more u have to pay. But your child support may be set under an agreement or contract, so check the legal stuff first.
if you’re up to date on your support and aren’t behind you wouldn’t have to pay additional support but wouldn’t you want to share your windfall with your child?
