Stay away from the gambling sites, to start with. Next, if you use Yahoo mail, use the Spam button, that’s what it’s for. Click on the box beside the message (you can do them all at once), then click on Spam. The messages will be gone, the senders will be blocked from sending you any more mail. Do this until you don’t get any more. And above all, DON’T answer any more of them. These were sent out in a mass mailing, then the spammers rely on someone answering the mail, and then they know they have a live person there.

BELOW, EACH NUMBER IS A QUESTION. EACH QUESTION CORRESPONDS WITH THE ANSWER BELOW WITH THE SAME NUMBER NEXT TO IT, EXCEPT FOR NUMBER 4.
1. I’m pretty sure in your question you are refering to junk mail through wich every online email you choose.
2.Other wise i will answer the possibility you are describing coming to your computer and seeing pop-ups on screen as you turn your monitor on.
3.Also there is the possibility you gave your information to a site for reasons of your own( like poker sites, or online gaming where you give information in order to reiceve free software).
4. last of all and this should hit the spot, you are receiving phone calls from solicitors and want that to end. There is a site out there on the internet that will allow you to get a fairly inexpensive mod for your telephone. Its like a router that attaches to your phone. This will sort out all kinds of different phone calls from all those out of area codes they call from. There is much more than that. I know of people who have had them and love the amount of junk calls they dont have to hear ringing because of the router/phone call protection. You can find this type of product through radio shack and many other companies. You can find it easier by typing it directly into a internet search provider
Altogeather i mentioned four different possibilities and i will answer the first three below .
1.First of all if it was on your online email address you should be able to contact every site and get off their mailing list. Either that or be able to waive incoming mail as spam, so you dont recieve the same ones in the future. Then I’d see if its coming to one email address primarily. If it was first create a new email address from the same provider. Then try forwarding all your vital information to that one. Then forward a message to all your addresses of the new email address. Lastly delete that account and start over. This time thinking of wich information to give and what not to give. I sometimes creat two accounts. One for misc. and one for personal and business.
2. If the problem is pop-ups alone i would get a virus protecting software. Lavesoft Ad-ware is a program i have on my computer that works great and it was free. I got it through an online provider. I set up all the information through a separate email than my primary one. This way they dont send unneccessary spam to that email address. This way you can recieve your free software without recieving constant junk mail and or pop-ups via
pop-up protector all in one go.
3. In the first two i made some good suggestions to be free of junk mail, spam and pop-ups. If you can check your computer in “control panel”, you will find an icon that says
“Internet Options”. From this icon you can regulate wich site are aloud to access your system. Well good luck and hopefully i was able to give you some helpfull information,

Block their e-mail addresses.
You are screwed. Emailing them and blocking them won’t do any good, because most of them are not reputable and won’t really stop sending you spam. They regularly change e-mail addresses to get around people blocking them. Your best bet is to get a new email address and be a lot more selective about who you give it out to. Otherwise you will start getting excessive spam emails again.
